Master Plan

Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport & Technology Center has created a Master Plan that provides a 20-year program for developing and maintaining a safe, economical and environmentally acceptable aviation facility for Hernando County. This Master Plan document provides detailed justifications, methodologies and reasoning for how our airport will evolve and remain a driving economic force and multi-modal-transportation hub in Tampa Bay and Central Florida.

Airport Layout Plan

The purpose of an approved Airport Layout Plan (ALP) is to serve as the blueprint for future airport development. For the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport (BKV), the updated development recommendations presented in this study are pictorially summarized in the ALP drawing set and include the preferred concepts for airfield development, landside facility development, and other reserved areas for non-aviation use.

Airport Leasing Policy

The Brooksville–Tampa Bay Regional Airport Leasing Policy outlines guidelines for leasing airport property and facilities. Designed to ensure fair, transparent, and consistent practices, the policy supports aviation and commercial growth while maximizing airport use. It defines lease terms, tenant responsibilities, and development standards to benefit both the airport and lessees.
